JUSTIFICATION

In recent decades, our society has been achieving a degree of awareness of the quality, safety and sustainability of buildings, within a framework of increasing speed of technology innovation, which requires us to offer teachings that consolidate and expand the knowledge of professionals ( architects and engineers) who work in this field, as well as their capacities for cognitive autonomy and comprehensive management of building science and technology as applied to architecture.

In the professional field, it is necessary for technicians to increase their knowledge in an orderly and academic way that allows society to receive the benefits of a Polytechnic University, in the form of increasingly better conceived, designed, constructed and managed buildings within a framework of shortage of financing and shortage of resources. Precisely the context in which talent has to shine more.
